Location: Lincoln City, OR
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks

Pay: $2191/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician (MLS/MLT) to perform diagnostic testing that supports accurate disease detection, treatment, and prevention. The MLS/MLT will collect and analyze specimens, operate laboratory equipment, and ensure quality and safety in all testing procedures. The ideal candidate is precise, organized, and dedicated to excellence in laboratory medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, process, and analyze specimens including blood, urine, and tissue samples.

  • Perform routine and complex laboratory tests following established protocols.

  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results.

  • Record, interpret, and verify test results, reporting findings to healthcare providers.

  • Participate in quality control, safety, and infection prevention practices.

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and assist in inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field (for MLS)

  • Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field (for MLT)

  • Certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent

  • BLS certification, COVID vaccine, TB test

  • Minimum 1-year clinical laboratory experience
