Job Summary:
The Content Manager, Professional Education is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing science-driven educational content across both SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science - two of L'Oréal's most prestigious professional skincare brands within the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division. Reporting to the Vice President, Brand Education, OneAesthetics, this role serves as the educational content hub for both brands, ensuring that healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, and consumers receive compelling, clinically credible content that builds brand trust, drives product adoption, and elevates the standard of professional skincare education.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of each brand's identity and professional audience and can craft content that is both scientifically rigorous and deeply engaging; adapting tone, depth, and format accordingly across a dual-brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Dual-Brand Education Strategy
  • Develop and execute an integrated education content strategy for both SkinCeuticals andskinbetterscience, honoring each brand's distinct positioning and audience
  • Build and manage a unified editorial calendar that spans product training, clinical education, treatment protocols, ingredient science, and skin health topics across both brands
  • Identify synergies and efficiency opportunities between the two brand content libraries without compromising brand distinction
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Marketing, and Sales leadership across both brands to align content priorities with business objectives

Content Creation & Production
  • Develop a broad range of educational assets across both brands, including:
  • Product training guides and professional onboarding modules
  • Ingredient and formulation deep-dives (antioxidants, retinoids, peptides, SPF science, etc.)
  • Clinical study summaries and efficacy data sheets for HCPs
  • Treatment protocol content and layering guides
  • Patient consultation tools and consumer-facing education
  • Email learning series, newsletters, and professional CRM content
  • Sales enablement tools, presentation decks, and leave-behinds
  • Maintain scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance across all assets, navigating the MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) review process for both brands
  • Adapt content tone, complexity, and format to serve multiple audiences including dermatologists and plastic surgeons, aesthetic nurses and PAs, medical spas and aestheticians, and end consumers and patients

Digital Learning & Platform Management
  • Manage and regularly update content on both brand education portals,and sales enablement tools
  • Coordinate with digital teams to ensure seamless UX, content discoverability, and platform relevance

Professional Education Events & KOL Collaboration
  • Produce content supporting professional education events
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), brand educators, and medical advisors across both SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science to co-develop credible, impactful educational content
  • Develop and maintain speaker support materialsas needed

Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Define and track content KPIs tied to HCP engagement, training completion, and sales enablement effectiveness
  • Conduct regular audits of both brand content libraries to ensure clinical accuracy, freshness, and brand alignment

  • Gather qualitative feedback from field teams, education managers, and professional partners to continuously elevate content quality

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 5+years in content management, scientific/medical writing, ideally in aesthetics, dermatology, pharma, or medical devices
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic dermatology, skincare science, and the professional aesthetics market
  • A thorough and up-to-date competitive understanding of the aesthetics industry is a must,including awareness of competing brands, emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving HCP needs
  • Prior experience managing content across multiple brands or product lines strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
