These programs can include youth development camps, diversity and inclusion efforts, or international player academies. The goal of MLB Programs is to grow the game of baseball, identify and nurture talent, and make the sport accessible to a broader audience. Specific examples include the MLB Youth Academy, RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities), and various educational or outreach programs. Each program serves a unique purpose within the overall mission of MLB to foster love for the game and develop future generations of players and fans.
