Job Summary

The General Manager of Premium Services directs the operations, financial growth, and service standards for all premium hospitality areas. This role leads operations for Luxury Suites, Premium Clubs, VIP Riverside Lounges, and Stadium Catering. The GM ensures high-end hospitality standards, controls food and labor costs, and maximizes food and beverage revenues during sporting events, concerts, and private rentals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day operations for all luxury suites, club areas, VIP lounges, and specialized event catering. Maintain brand and facility presentation standards across all VIP and premium hospitality spaces. 
  • Own the profit and loss (P&L) performance for the entire premium services and catering department. Build annual operational budgets, event revenue projections, and strict labor-cost frameworks.
  • Deliver high-end hospitality to suite owners, corporate sponsors, and VIP ticket holders.
  • Resolve client complaints regarding menu customization, dietary needs, or matchday service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate matchday staff.
