Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support LP Division task orders at HQMC. You will work alongside senior SMEs and military leadership to provide research, analysis, and program support across Marine Corps?logistics?mission areas.?

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt

Location: Pentagon / National Capital Region (Hybrid)

Clearance Required: Active Secret

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on logistics policy, programs, and initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and meeting minutes for senior leadership engagements.
  • Support coordination of meetings, conferences, and working groups including ILB, MLB, and OAGs.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, tracking tools, and program documentation.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for logistics readiness and sustainment metrics.
  • Support audit and compliance activities including financial statement audit preparation.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate policy documents and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of military or defense logistics experience
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics operations, supply chain, or maintenance management
  • Strong writing and briefing skills — ability to produce polished products for senior audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experience with DoW financial management systems (DAI) a plus
  • BA/BS required in logistics, business, or related field

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Prior work experience supporting Marine Corps programs.
