Job Description
We have a Maintenance Technician position with one of our top hospitality clients. Below is the job description and the requirement needed for the job. Our client will contact the successful candidate. Do well to apply if you feel this job is for you.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for execution general maintenance and repair duties. This position necessitates the ability to work different shifts, including holidays, weekends, and extended hours outdoors in various weather conditions. You will work within different departments and with other staff. You will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off, and advancement is always a possibility.
Salary range: $37000 - $47000 per year.
Responsibilities
  • Operate various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintains productive working relationships with other team members.
  • Identify and report broken equipment or uncertain conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Maintain the equipment a and work arein a clean and safe condition that meets safety regulations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.
  • Maintain a positive Customer Service attitude in interactions with staff and property residents.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in all aspects of apartment maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, structural, electrical, and appliance repair; experience with drywall repairs and painting is essential.
  • Able to read and interpret papers such as operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules, procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondences.
  • Able to understand and carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form
  • Able to deal with problems relating several concrete variables in standardized situations.
