Job description

We are looking for a data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join the FloQast Revenue Operations team as an Operations Analyst. This individual will support the end-to-end journey of our prospects and customers managing data and designing systems and handoffs that align Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams.. Your insights and analysis will streamline business processes and workflows for our stakeholders, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment. This role will be instrumental in helping FloQast speed up its go-to-market operations. 

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support operations team and portions of the tech stack as it pertains to data and prospecting (HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Outreach, Gong, Actively.ai, UserGems, Nooks, etc.)

  • Act as the primary operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure lead scoring, routing, and follow-up SLAs are optimized and enforced

  • Manage, monitor, and automate data intake, cleansing, enrichment, aggregation and analysis, driving a more efficient sales process

  • Develop standardized reports, dashboards, and metrics for the team to use and provide training, enablement and ongoing support

  • Understand and optimize current Salesforce database to categorize prospect profiles (by geography, persona, ERP, industry, and other verticals)

  • Create new, innovative ways to grow and optimize end-user experience

  • Maintain and improve on database cleanliness

  • Support the Customer Success and Partner teams by integrating their feedback into the top-of-funnel strategy

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Ops required

  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is required. Experience with routing tools, enrichment, and sales engagement platforms is a major plus

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong proficiency using Excel and GSuite 

  • Operations background and an analytical mindset who can find answers in data, background in analytics or relevant role is preferred 

  • Team player mentality with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands and fulfill efficient follow ups 

  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Process-oriented mindset, always seeking to improve on efficiency

  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills

  • Strong work ethic and integrity

The base pay range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
