We are seeking an exceptional PhD Scientist, Drug Discovery Data for AI/ML to join a highly collaborative, intellectually rigorous team where computational excellence is the standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect & Build: Design, identify, curate, and analyze proprietary scientific datasets (primarily chemical and biological) to shape and implement the firms overarching drug discovery data strategy.

  • Data & Research Execution: Translate complex scientific datasets and abstract biological/chemical challenges into clear, scalable, high-performance frameworks to support machine learning models.

  • Systemic Optimization: Identify technical friction points in data curation pipelines, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational velocity across high-concurrency computational environments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key technical interface, working directly with machine learning researchers, computational scientists, and leadership to support internal and collaborative drug discovery programs.
