Job description

Quix Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth fintech firm to hire a Quantitative ML Consultant to design and implement advanced machine learning solutions for financial applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and team members to develop ML-driven strategies.
  • Build, test, and deploy statistical and ML models on production systems.
  • Optimize feature engineering pipelines and data workflows.
  • Advise on best practices for ML model validation and performance monitoring.
  • Share knowledge with team members and support project delivery.
Experience & Skills
  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related).
  • 4+ years of experience applying ML in financial or data-intensive domains.
  • Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with cloud deployment, containerization, and large-scale data processing.
