Director, Growth Analytics amp; Optimization

Location: Midvale, UT 84047

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Growth Analytics amp; Optimization to lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through advanced analytics and optimization strategies. This role will be based in Midvale, UT and will report to senior leadership, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and oversee A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data science teams to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key growth metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to forecast growth trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing funnel performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of analysts and optimization specialists.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
