Job Position Description:
With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial job sites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets them apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure project documentation is provided to office staff and Mitigation Project Manager on projects assigned (work authorization, Certificate of Completion, Dry logs, etc.)
  • Communicate the project scope, target start, and completion dates with customer and internal team
  • Obtain adjuster contact information and provide to Mitigation Project Manager
  • Communicate scope of work with mitigation project manager and technicians
  • Coordinate job requirements with technicians
  • Perform water mitigation duties
  • Perform fire mitigation duties
  • Perform mold remediation duties
  • Demolition
  • Load and unload equipment and supplies
  • Ensure work is completed within a timely manner
  • Ensure monitoring is completed daily
  • Ensure dry logs are completed daily
  • Ensure clear communication (verbal and written) with office staff, project manager and technician
  • Always leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Complete project inspection form on assigned projects
  • Manage customer satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment and oversight of facility maintenance
  • Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Follow and enforce all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
  • Continued development of production skills and expertise
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after hour/emergency calls
  • Other duties as assigned by management
