Regional Sales Director

Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to help our customers protect their most valuable assets! We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team who will be responsible for managing, leading and developing our Central region Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Our TAMs are responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process with direct and channel customers. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, as well as managing and developing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop the TAM team to assure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity space
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to grow revenue e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience in cybersecurity sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts, a plus if with central US based accounts
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, i.e., from C-level to front-line technical staff
  • Must live and be able to travel throughout U.S. central territory (Midwest, Great Lakes, TX, and OK)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
