Job description

H2O Kent State

Consider Kent State as your next step in vocational ministry if you are interested in the Collegiate mission field! Kent State is a public university in Northeast Ohio close to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Cleveland, and Lake Erie. Averaging 25,000 students enrolled at the Kent campus, major fields of study include Fashion Design, Nursing, Business, and Aeronautics. Our student body is 62% women and that is reflected in the congregation of H2O Church Kent - so we would be especially excited to take on a 1-2 year Resident who would be ready to engage in life-on-life discipleship of young women who are exploring or growing their faith in college. Through Reliant, you can be supported to work in a missional church which has the aim to influence the next generation with the Good News of Jesus.

Reliant

We're excited that you are considering joining us at H2O Kent through Reliant! Reliant is a faith-based nonprofit that partners with missional churches and Gospel-centered nonprofits to mobilize support-based missionaries for the Great Commission. Through Reliant, we provide missionaries with the resources, training, and support needed to thrive in their calling, including the critical process of raising financial and prayer support. Whether you're pursuing a short-term internship, a long-term residency, or a career in ministry, we are here to support and guide you every step of the way.
