Job description

One Federal Solution is seeking a Mission Support Specialist to provide administrative, analytical, and program support services for a Government Client. The successful candidate will support mission-critical initiatives by coordinating projects, developing reports and presentations, analyzing data, improving business processes, and assisting leadership with special projects. This position requires a highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced federal environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce reports, flowcharts, presentations, and other project documentation to support organizational initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison for meetings, special events, and cross-functional projects.
  • Provide advisory and administrative support on organizational functions, policies, and work practices.
  • Develop and improve administrative procedures and business processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, correspondence, project papers, and executive presentations.
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and reporting tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support ServiceNow dashboard enhancements by documenting business requirements and assisting with testing activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates while ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Draft and edit reports, policy documents, white papers, and presentation materials.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple branches and divisions to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project, program management, or related professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years conducting analytical and support activities related to the task area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analyze technical information.
  • Ability to read and interpret management policies, regulations, and directives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting established deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Federal Government programs.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and presentation materials.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow management platforms.
  • Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience performing data analysis and developing process documentation.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
