Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Superintendent - MEP for field leadership for MEP-heavy data center construction in the Atlanta, GA market.


Pay: $210,000-$250,000/year, based on experience

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate daily MEP field execution on mission-critical construction projects

- Manage trade sequencing, manpower, safety, quality, production, and schedule priorities in the field

- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, controls, commissioning, and vendor activities

- Support inspections, punch lists, energization, commissioning readiness, and turnover milestones

- Communicate issues early and keep work aligned with drawings, specs, site standards, and project expectations


Requirements:

- Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure field leadership experience

- Superintendent, assistant superintendent, general foreman, or senior field leadership background

- Strong understanding of MEP trade coordination, sequencing, safety, quality, and schedule execution

- Ability to read drawings, coordinate crews, solve field issues, and communicate professionally

- Comfort supporting energization, commissioning, inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities

- Ability to work in the Atlanta, GA market and complete any site onboarding requirements

- Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments
