Job description

BecTech is looking for a talented and experienced system analyst to join our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will provide MDA expertise in the development of new capabilities, process improvements, monitoring of performance and delivery of quality.Position Description:Provide Detailed, systems engineering analysis , management, and technical support services and products.Develop and review technical performance assessment, identify capability gaps, technology needs, cost effectiveness, risk considerations, and execute requirements assessments.Review and edit engineering documentation, project requirements, and integrated schedules.Develop technical recommendations, assessments and reports based on information gathered from meetings, design reviews, intelligence reports, and engineering/technical reviews.REQUIRED SKILLS:US CitizenshipActive Secret clearance Ability to obtain a TS clearance with SCI.BS/BA with 7+ years of experienceDESIRED SKILLSActive TS/SCI ClearancePossess knowledge of Missile Defense, major Defense programs, sensors or weapons.Experience in requirements definition, engineering development (spiral/Agile), and test/demonstration operationsFamiliarity of Systems Engineering practices and processesExperience working with Missile Defense Agency (MDA)Degree in a STEM-related fieldADA SPECIFICATIONS:May be required to use computer screen for extensive periods of time.Must be able to work in a secret controlled environment.Must be able to reasonably handle changing and stressful environments. Must be able to interact with clients on a daily basis.
