Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is seeking a skilled a Field Install Foreman to join our team. Our team works on exciting construction projects installing stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals.ABOUT THIS POSITIONAs a Field Install Foreman, you will lead your crew for installation of stairs, rails and miscellaneous metals.Provide skills vital for the installation of stairs, rails and misc. metalsCoordinate daily activities with General Contractor Read and layout in accordance with blueprintsInstruct and organize crews, tools, materials and installation of stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metalsEnsure crew members have proper certifications, are qualified to operate equipment and/or tools and follow job-site safety regulationsComplete daily field reports and vehicle inspection reportsResponsible for the timely completion of Daily Field reports, Safety reports, Time and Material tickets and any other documents required by the General ContractorServe as Company's Safety representative on-site QUALIFICATIONSExperience in the miscellaneous metals field for a minimum of 2+ years preferredSupervisory experience preferredAbility to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, Tool-Box Shop Talks and safety procedures, Operator's Manuals and maintenance instructions Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimalsUnderstanding of angles and degreesWorking knowledge of AWS D1.1. and the following processes, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and GTAWCurrent welding certifications or ability to pass weld testEqual Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is a Drug Free Workplace where post-offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is a participant in the Federal E-Verify Program.
