Job description

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator

The Company
Mirror Works delivers precision glass and mirror systems for commercial projects across Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our in-house fabrication and installation teams provide consistent execution from frame to finish. In business since 1986, we work alongside general contractors, developers, architects, and builders on projects where coordination matters and details can't be left to chance.
Position Summary
Mirror Works is a commercial glazing contractor in Glendale, Arizona and we are hiring an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator for our commercial glazing division. We fabricate and install storefront, curtain wall, entrances, and interior glazing across the Phoenix metro for the Valley's top general contractors, including work for Mayo Clinic and HonorHealth. This position works directly with our Heavy Commercial and Tenant Improvement project managers and field superintendents, keeping projects moving from buyout to closeout.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and track submittals, RFI's and change orders.
  • Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job-site logistics with superintendents.
  • Keep GC portals and project records current.
  • Assemble closeout packages and warranty documents.
  • Support billing - schedules of values, lien waivers, monthly pay applications.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in construction project coordination or assistant PM work.
  • Working knowledge of construction documents and the submittal process.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred
  • Construction project coordination or assistant PM work in glazing, doors, or a related trade.
  • Construction Management software experience.
