Image Matters, Inc. is a locally owned, award winning, full service provider of office technologies and managed print services based in Knoxville, TN. Representing the largest names in print, Image Matters offers office technology and workflow solutions from Xerox, Fujifilm, Lexmark, Kyocera, Brother, Epson, KIP and MINT. We are recognized as one of America's Top 100 Office Technology Companies and are 5X winners of Knoxville's "Best of the Best" by City View Magazine. At Image Matters, we are dedicated to leveraging technology and services to make our client's lives easier and businesses more effective. We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join our sales team as a Account Sales Executive. No prior experience is required, just a strong desire to succeed in business-to-business solution selling. Attitude, ambition and work ethic are as important as previous experience.

Image Matters Account Executives will be expected to...

  • Seek out and develop new opportunities through cold-calling new business clients, following up on demand generation leads to expand our portfolio of offerings that will help client's improve their business operations.
  • Be able to thrive in a empowered team environment; you must be driven to succeed and willing to strive to be the best. You must bring a high level of energy and be committed to achieve your sales goals.
  • Be comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting for potential and established clients; you must be tenacious and have a desire to grow your knowledge as you build your career.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all offered products, services and solutions for clients.
  • Design and present solutions that will help improve potential client's work processes.
  • Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals.

Job Requirements...

  • At least (2) years of business-to-business sales experience, selling digital imaging solutions or other technology industry solutions is preferred but not required.
  • A willingness to aggressively cold-call new business clients to develop opportunities.
  • College degree is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outgoing, confident personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
