We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join our sales team as a Account Sales Executive. No prior experience is required, just a strong desire to succeed in business-to-business solution selling. Attitude, ambition and work ethic are as important as previous experience.
Image Matters Account Executives will be expected to...
- Seek out and develop new opportunities through cold-calling new business clients, following up on demand generation leads to expand our portfolio of offerings that will help client's improve their business operations.
- Be able to thrive in a empowered team environment; you must be driven to succeed and willing to strive to be the best. You must bring a high level of energy and be committed to achieve your sales goals.
- Be comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting for potential and established clients; you must be tenacious and have a desire to grow your knowledge as you build your career.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients.
- Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all offered products, services and solutions for clients.
- Design and present solutions that will help improve potential client's work processes.
- Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals.
Job Requirements...
- At least (2) years of business-to-business sales experience, selling digital imaging solutions or other technology industry solutions is preferred but not required.
- A willingness to aggressively cold-call new business clients to develop opportunities.
- College degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outgoing, confident personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year depending on experience + commissions + aggressive manufacturer incentives and bonuses. Successful Account Executives earn $100-150K annually in total compensation.
