Canvasser

Join our dynamic team as a Canvasser and play a vital role in engaging communities and promoting important civic initiatives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference through direct voter outreach, community education, and grassroots campaigning. As a key representative of All on the Field, you'll energize voters, foster meaningful conversations, and help shape the future of civic engagement. We are looking for canvassers in Cobb County/Henry County/Clayton County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to educate residents about political candidates, initiatives, or ballot measures
  • Engage with community members through friendly, informative conversations to build awareness and support
  • Utilize strong communication skills to clearly explain campaign messages and answer questions
  • Enter voter contact data into MiniVAN
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, voter responses, and campaign activities for reporting purposes
  • Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Deliver a compelling campaign message, and collect complete survey answers from voters
  • Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills
  • Follow the campaign's safety protocols
  • Get Out The Vote (GOTV): provide voting locations, deadlines, and reminders to supporters
