Job description

The Christ Fellowship Kids Ministry Director provides leadership and care for all things Christ Fellowship Kids from babies to 4th grade. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Leading and developing staff teams and volunteers so that they are operating in their strengths and being most effective in their roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
  • Creating and maintaining a strong "ALL IN"  team culture.
  • Growing campus attendance by implementing our Central Kids Team strategy.
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of curriculum, policies, and procedures as directed by the Central Kids Team. (Weekends and Kids U)
  • Ensuring volunteers and staff members align with our mission, vision, and values. 
  • Direct the implementation of milestones (i.e. Spiritual Steps).
  • Contributing to or assisting with Central Kids initiatives as needed.
  • Attending weekly CF staff meetings and Christ Fellowship Kids department meetings, as required. 
  • Capturing kids and family stories of life change - grab a box of tissues for this!

EDUCATION:

  • A college graduate, preferably with a ministry degree, kid's ministry related or equivalent.
  • 3 years of leadership experience in kids' ministry.

JOB SPECS: 

Classification: Full-Time, Salary (Exempt), including weekends and some nights. 

Reporting to: Campus Pastor
