Position: Business Development Center (BDC) Agent

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management: Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
  2. Customer Communication: Contact potential and existing customers through calls, texts, or emails to set up appointments or provide information about our products and services.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
  4. Data Management: Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Utilize data mining tools to uncover new sales opportunities.
  5. Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with customers who have shown interest in our products and services.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff to maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly quotas and other key performance indicators set by management.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a BDC role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  2. Experience with CDK Eleads CRM software.
