E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety compliance for asphalt manufacturing plants and related facilities. Key Responsibilities - Safety Leadership & Program Management
- Serve as the primary safety resource for asphalt plants, terminals, and fixed facilities
- Lead safety initiatives that reduce incidents, improve compliance, and strengthen safety culture
- Conduct and document routine facility safety inspections
- Evaluate machine guarding, conveyors, rotating equipment, and material handling systems
- Track deficiencies, assign corrective actions, and verify timely closure
- Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Deliver and coordinate safety training for plant personnel and maintenance teams

- Experience supporting asphalt plants, batch plants, mining, or similar operations
- Ability to travel between multiple facilities
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
