The Business Technologies Engineer I will provide advanced engineering and technical expertise in support of mining operations, with a focus on implementing and optimizing business technologies that enhance operational efficiency, analytics, reporting, and digital transformation. The role also plays a key part in supporting autonomous technology projects and applying industrial engineering methodologies to identify value opportunities. By leveraging value mapping, data analysis, and process improvement techniques, this position drives operational uplift and cost reduction through technology-enabled solutions.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of technical processes and how they can address the process business needs
  • Desire to work with multi-functional teams in a multi-national organization
  • Highly Motivated, Proactive Self-starter, with a passion for technology solutions in the process environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced production focused environment
