Introduction

We are seeking a Field Support Engineer - Screening Business Line to join our Screening Technical Support team. You will be responsible for providing advanced hands-on technical support to dealers and customers, including troubleshooting, equipment performance optimization, and inspection activities. This involves working directly on-site with screening equipment and feeders while coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction, which will positively impact operational efficiency and long-term customer relationships.

In this position, you will report to the Business Director, Aggregates Screening Aftermarket.

This position is mainly located in the United States (flexible/home-based), and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options; however, it involves up to 50-60% travel to customer sites. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of technical field support specialists and product experts who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and strive to improve equipment performance and customer satisfaction. We are currently working on supporting field operations, troubleshooting equipment performance issues, and contributing to new machine development through field testing and validation activities.
We work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Support, Supply Chain, and Sales teams, as well as external partners including dealers and customers across aggregates and mining sectors. Our team culture is all about collaboration, accountability, technical excellence, and customer focus. The members of our team are located across North America and global business line locations.


What you'll do

   Provide advanced field technical support for screening equipment and feeders
   Troubleshoot equipment performance and support application-related inquiries from dealers and customers
   Conduct machine inspections and document findings through structured technical reports
   Support spare parts identification, recommendations, and coordination with internal teams
   Collaborate with Engineering, Product Support, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve field issues
   Participate in new machine development, testing, and validation at customer sites
   Utilize SAP and Salesforce for reporting, tracking field activities, and customer support
   Deliver professional, customer-facing support while ensuring high standards of safety and quality


Who you are

   Strong technical expertise in screening equipment and feeders
   Hands-on experience in aggregates and/or mining applications
   Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and dealers
   Highly organized with strong reporting and documentation discipline
   Able to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
   Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
   Willingness and ability to travel 50-60%
   Must be authorized to work in the United States
Nice-to-have:
   Experience using SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems
   Previous involvement in new equipment development or field testing activities
