This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or compliance who thrive in structured, detail-oriented environments.Exo Talent Partners is supporting a high-reliability electronics manufacturing client in the Greater Baltimore area seeking a Quality Control Inspector / Quality Technician. This role supports precision electronics and RF manufacturing programs where quality, documentation, and consistency are critical.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic and mechanical assemblies

  • Inspect components and finished products to drawings, specifications, and work instructions

  • Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions

  • Maintain accurate quality and inspection records

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions as needed

  • Work closely with manufacturing, test, and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met

  • Follow all quality system, safety, and ESD requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience in quality inspection or quality technician roles within a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
