Title: Plant Helper
Location: Von Ormy, TXย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Status: FT, Hourly, Non-exempt
Position Summary
Arepet Industries is hiring a Plant Helper to support frac sand mining operations. This is a safety-sensitive position regulated by the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
Youโ€™ll assist with plant operations, equipment monitoring, maintenance, and housekeeping in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support operation of conveyors, shakers, and pumpsย 
  • Assist with truck loading and direct traffic in plant yardย 
  • Perform routine maintenance and daily equipment inspectionsย 
  • Maintain clean work areas (shoveling, clearing spillage, hopper cleanup)ย 
  • Assist mechanics and foreman with repairs and production tasksย 
  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately
Requirements
  • ย Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtimeย 
  • ย Comfortable working outdoors in heat, dust, and industrial conditions
  • ย Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/laddersย 
  • ย Strong teamwork and communication skillsย 
  • ย Must follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
