In this role, you'll work directly with customers, project teams, and field technicians to deploy and support technologies that improve safety, productivity, and equipment performance.Job Description:
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support mining technology implementation projects.
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot software and hardware solutions.
  • Provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support fleet management, equipment health, GPS, automation, and connected equipment technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop documentation, procedures, and best practices.
  • Track project progress and support project reporting and customer billing.
  • Mentor team members and share technical expertise.
What We're Looking For
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Computer Technology, Project Management, Trades, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in mining, construction, heavy equipment, automation, or technology environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project coordination or project management experience.
  • Experience working with GPS/GNSS, networking, or equipment technology systems is considered an asset.
  • Experience with MineStar, Wenco, Modular, Trimble, or similar fleet management technologies is an asset.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
