About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, energetic In House Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base from the inside. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails and follow ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals and product information
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales, telesales experience (inside sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high volume interactions
  • Ability to learn products quickly and explain them clearly
  • Self motivated with a results driven mindset
