Outside Attractions Team Lead

We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Outside Attractions Team Lead to help oversee our Mini Golf and Go-Kart attractions. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service, and helping a team succeed.

As an Outside Attractions Team Lead, you will supervise and support attraction staff throughout your shift while helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will be fully trained on both Mini Golf and Go-Karts and will be expected to step in and assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support attraction staff during scheduled shifts
  • Assist with Mini Golf and Go-Kart operations as needed
  • Actively engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Help ensure all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures are followed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and employees
  • Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep of the outside attractions
  • Address guest concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Lead by example and help create a positive team environment
