We're currently expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic Attraction Associates for both day and night shifts. This is an ideal opportunity for local college students looking to earn extra money after class, or anyone with a great personality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. With flexible schedules and competitive pay, Eastern Shore Lanes is the perfect place for your next part-time or full-time position.

What You'll Do as an Attraction Associate:

As an Attraction Associate at Eastern Shore Lanes, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have an amazing time across all our attractions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • High Ropes Course: Safely guiding guests through our exhilarating high ropes course, providing instructions, ensuring harnesses are properly fitted, and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Laser Tag Arena: Facilitating exciting laser tag games, explaining rules, assisting with equipment, and ensuring fair play and a thrilling experience for all participants.
  • Arcade Management: Assisting guests with arcade games, troubleshooting minor issues, explaining game play, and ensuring a fun and functional arcade environment.
  • Bowling Counter Operations: Managing the bowling counter, assigning lanes, assisting with shoe rentals, taking payments, and providing excellent customer service to our bowling enthusiasts.
  • Go Karts and Mini Golf: Attending to the outside cash register.
  • Guest Experience: Actively engaging with guests, answering questions, providing directions, resolving minor concerns, and generally contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere at Eastern Shore Lanes.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensuring all attraction areas are clean, organized, and ready for guest use throughout your shift.
  • Safety Adherence: Strictly following all safety protocols and procedures for each attraction to ensure the well-being of guests and fellow team members.
