We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to take ownership of landscape installation projects from start to finish. This individual will lead a crew, maintain high-quality workmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
  • Take ownership of project execution, quality, productivity, and crew performance.
  • Install landscape renovations, planting beds, trees, shrubs, mulch, and decorative features.
  • Construct walkways, paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements.
  • Perform grading and drainage improvements to ensure proper water management.
  • Read plans and communicate project expectations to crew members.
  • Operate and oversee the use of landscape equipment and tools.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
  • Monitor labor hours, materials, and project progress.
  • Train and develop crew members while promoting a positive team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of landscape installation or landscape construction experience.
  • Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
  • Knowledge of landscape renovations, grading, drainage, planting, and hardscape installation.
  • Experience with paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living projects.
  • Ability to read landscape plans and layouts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and landscape equipment is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
