The role...
At Soho House, the Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for the maintenance of the Mini Bar Closet in terms of par stock, stacking, cleanliness and provide excellent service accompanied by memorable experiences to all guests and members who visit a Soho House & Co. property. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you are an extension of the brand, management team and global food and drink program. As a result, you will be responsible for professional behavior, charismatic and positive energy to create a fun environment that drives conversation and sales.
Main Duties
  • To ensure cleanliness of Mini-bar Closets, deep cleaning Mini-bars on the daily basis.
  • Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of mini bar stock.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Mini-Bar closet in terms of par stock, stacking and cleanliness.
  • Ensure products in Mini-Bar are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
  • Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting Mini-Bar service.
  • Responsible for taking all dirty dishes from Mini-Bar and replacing them with clean ones.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
