The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Supervisory Contract Specialist (GS-1102-13) to work at the 436th Contracting Squadron at Dover AFB Located in Dover, DE.
In this position you serve as the supervisory contracting officer with warrant authority for an operational contracting acquisition flight.

Salary Range is $117,284 - $152,471 Annually based on experience.

• Incumbent is required to complete "Public Financial Disclosure Report" pursuant to Title I of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, as amended (The "Act"), 5 USC App 101 Et Seq.
RECRUITMENT KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):
• Knowledge of the full range of federal contracting laws, regulations, policies, practices, methods, and contract types.
• Knowledge of a wide range of business practices and market conditions applicable to program and technical requirements.
• Skill in fact-finding, contract analysis and pricing techniques, problem resolution, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a moderate sized organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely and with technical accuracy.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with others.
