Position Overview
We are seeking aย dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a busy outpatient clinic. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat approximately 8โ12 patients per day in an outpatient setting
- Implement therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Assist with discharge planning and transition of care recommendations

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Bachelorโs Degree in Health Sciences required
- High School Diploma required
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous outpatient, inpatient, or home health experience preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions Experience with orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and post-operative patient care preferred
