Job Description
Pay Range: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
The Fit Pro plays a key role in creating exceptional member experiences by leading safe, engaging, and effective group fitness classes. Through expert instruction, encouragement, and genuine connection, Fit Pros help members build confidence, achieve their goals, and feel a sense of belonging within the Chuze community.
We're currently seeking a passionate Mind-Body instructor to join our team. Availability to substitute existing classes - particularly Tuesdays at 8:30 AM, Thursdays at 10:30 AM, and Fridays at 9:30 AM - is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about creating an inclusive, welcoming class environment and excited to help grow our mind-body offerings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Build strong relationships and foster a sense of community by delivering safe, motivating, and inclusive fitness experiences.
  • Lead classes in accordance with Chuze programming and standards, arriving prepared with all necessary equipment, music, and materials while adhering to licensing requirements.
  • Complete all required onboarding, training, and continuing education requirements before teaching live classes and stay current on program updates.
  • Maintain Chuze cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after classes, ensuring studios remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment that accommodates a variety of fitness levels, abilities, and member goals.
  • Actively engage in personal and professional development by utilizing feedback from the Fitness Manager through coaching conversations, evaluations, and training opportunities.
  • Maintain all required certifications, credentials, and proof of continuing education.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and departments to support member needs and contribute to overall club success.
  • Attend and actively participate in department meetings, trainings, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform and other company tools to stay informed and engaged with departmental updates and communications.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for Chuze Fitness by embodying our values of kindness, hospitality, and service in every member interaction.

What We're Looking For
  • Current nationally recognized group fitness, yoga, Pilates, or related certification (depending on specialty).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate participants of varying fitness levels.
  • A passion for creating exceptional member experiences and building community through fitness.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
