Job Summary:

  1. Able to recognize and trouble shoot machine errors and make proper adjustments
  2. Effectively coordinate issues with Production, Maintenance and Technical sales
  3. Be able to identify issues and collaborate with the Facilities Manager on how to address and correct
  4. Have the ability to respond in a timely manner to address and correct production down time.
  5. Exercise judgment to be able to perform actions that allow production to quickly continue operations.
  6. Set-up and operate designated production equipment to satisfaction of Supervisor.
  7. Lift and Move at least 50 pounds
  8. Finger dexterity
  9. Good or corrected vision
  10. Able to stand, kneel & bend over for extended periods of time
  11. Able to work on a ladder
  12. Good mechanical aptitude
  13. Can read, speak and understand English written and spoken
  14. Able to understand and follow work instructions and drawings
