Job description

We are looking for skilled and dependable Equipment & Conveyor Millwrights to join our industrial construction team. Our work focuses on the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of material-handling equipment and conveyor systems, particularly in feed mills, industrial facilities, and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
  • Install, assemble, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and material-handling systems
  • Install and work on drag conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators/legs, belt conveyors, and related equipment
  • Perform equipment alignment, layout, and installation according to drawings and specifications
  • Replace and repair conveyor components, bearings, shafts, sprockets, chains, belts, and other mechanical components
  • Assist with equipment replacement and upgrades in operating facilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, equipment drawings, and installation plans
  • Use hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and other mechanical equipment
  • Perform rigging, lifting, and positioning of equipment
  • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and elevated work areas
  • Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify potential problems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements

Qualifications
  • Previous millwright or industrial mechanical experience required
  • Experience working with conveyors, feed mills, grain-handling equipment, or other material-handling systems is a strong plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with equipment installation, alignment, and rigging preferred
  • Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
  • Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to travel to job sites as needed

$100/day Per Diem available for candidates who qualify
