Schedule: M-F 5:00 am- 1:30 pm (OT 5:00 am to 3:30 pm)
Job Summary: The Millwork PRO safely builds, inspects, and ships high-quality millwork products that meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production goals. This is an advanced, skilled role requiring demonstrated experience and training, with regular involvement in customized parts and product builds. During each shift, the Millwork PRO may be assigned to customized functions including interior or exterior build, quality control, inventory management, shipping, warehouse operations, or other duties as required, such as building, door pull, glass pull, palletizing. Team members may have different roles or positions, such as building, door pull, glass pull, palletizing. Team members work together in the millwork facility to ensure that the product ordered by the store or customer meets their specifications, is undamaged, and arrives at the store by the due date.
Duties & Responsibilities: Some of the tasks performed by team members involve operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. A team member may be assigned to receive and put away stock using power equipment, assemble products using machinery or power tools, or load outbound trucks using power equipment. The activities performed by Team Members are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Stand-Up Electric Forklift experience a plus
  • Team Lifting (required to be able to lift 75 pounds)
  • Ability to work independently while supporting quality, productivity, and team success.

Physical Demands: We work to keep it comfortable. (But we can't control the weather.) We conduct lively morning stretches. You will be standing, walking, and driving in a warehouse setting daily. You will bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch. You'll lift and carry. We, you, everyone models civil and safe behavior. Working safely is essential! Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as designated.
Travel: This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
