Job Type: Full-time Travel Required: Yes (Out-of-State Travel Required) Pay rate: $25-$50 per hour DOE We are seeking skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Millwork Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will install high-quality millwork, casework, wall panels, booth seating, trim, and specialty fixtures in restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate has experience in millwork installation, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, follows safety standards, and is willing to travel for installation projects. Key Responsibilities Install millwork, casework, wall panels, booth frames, trim, and specialty fixtures according to project plans and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation documents. Ensure all installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment. Work closely with project managers and team leads to meet project schedules and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including jobsite cleanup upon project completion. Follow all company policies and jobsite safety requirements. Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Experience installing commercial millwork in restaurants, hotels, or other commercial environments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Knowledge of commercial construction practices and ADA requirements. OSHA 10 certification or other safety certifications preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel Requirements Must be willing and able to travel for projects, including out-of-state travel by car and airplane. Overnight stays and multi-day trips are required depending on project location. Must be comfortable working in various conditions, including active construction sites and hot or cold weather. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds. Ability to work on ladders and elevated surfaces. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday. Ability to work in physically demanding construction environments.
