  • Help design the workflow and layout of the new millwork department
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled cabinet makers and millworkers

  • Coordinate with the metal fabrication team for seamless production flow
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of commercial or architectural millwork experience
  • Previous leadership or Shop Foreman experience
  • Skilled finish millworker with strong fabrication abilities
  • Experience working with stainless steel or integrating wood with metal is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working hands-on while leading a team
  • Strong computer skills (MRP/ERP experience is a major plus)
  • Experience with commercial projects such as hospitals, universities, stadiums, or foodservice environments is a plus
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
  • Overtime available

  • $75,000-$80,000 annual salary
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage
  • Union healthcare and pension benefits
  • IRA match
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
  • Long-term career opportunity with an established manufacturing company

If you're a skilled millwork professional ready to help build something from the ground up while staying hands-on in the shop, we'd love to hear from you.
