What You’ll Do 

As a Millwork Estimator, you'll be responsible for reviewing construction plans, performing detailed millwork takeoffs, and creating accurate material estimates for residential, multifamily, and commercial projects. You'll work closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are properly specified, quoted, and delivered. 

  • Estimating & Project Analysis 

  • Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates for doors, trim, moldings, hardware, and other millwork products. 

  • Review blueprints, schedules, and construction documents. 

  • Use PlanSwift and company estimating systems to generate material lists. 

  • Identify plan discrepancies and areas of concern. 

  • Ensure estimates align with project requirements and building codes. 

  • Customer Service & Collaboration 

  • Support contractors, builders, designers, and internal teams with accurate project information. 

  • Build strong relationships through responsiveness and product expertise. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally. 

  • Safety & Compliance 

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. 

  • Report injuries immediately and perform additional duties as assigned.
