  • Oversee logistics related to elevator access, staging, and delivery coordination in a vertical construction environment
  • Ensure exceptional installation quality across luxury finishes including millwork, cabinetry, stone, plaster, and custom architectural details
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks early, and solve issues before they impact schedule or quality
  • Maintain detailed site documentation, schedules, and reporting using Procore and other project management tools
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain strong relationships with trade partners
  • Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and building requirements while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with the Director of Construction and internal leadership to keep the project on track and aligned with company standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing high-end residential construction or luxury interior build-outs
  • Experience working within high-rise or tenant improvement environments
  • Proven ability to start and complete a full project lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to manage complex logistics in constrained jobsite environments
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore
  • Ability to read plans, coordinate trades, and manage project schedules effectively
  • A proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and resolves them before they escalate

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000
  • Performance-based bonus program
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Health insurance (50% employer-paid)
  • 50% Paid Company vehicle and fuel assistance
  • Paid holidays
  • 10 Days PTO
