Job description

Cabinetmaker / Millwork Craftsperson

3+ Years Experience
London, Ontario

About Moralia

Moralia is a Canadian luxury millwork and interior design brand. We design and manufacture refined kitchens, closets, wall systems, and architectural interiors for discerning clients who value precision, refinement, and timeless design - across both residential and commercial environments.

Our work is design-led, detail-driven, and executed to an uncompromising standard.

The Role

We are seeking a Cabinetmaker / Millwork Craftsperson with 3+ years of professional experience to join our production team at Moralia's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in London, Ontario.

This role is well suited to a craftsperson who:

  • takes pride in accurate, well-executed work
  • understands how quality millwork is built - not just assembled
  • wants to grow within a refined, excellence-driven environment

You will work alongside experienced makers and modern CNC-driven workflows, contributing to high-end custom millwork from fabrication through preparation for installation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Fabricating custom cabinetry and architectural millwork components
  • Reading and interpreting shop drawings and specifications
  • Working with panel products, veneers, and solid wood
  • Assisting with assembly, fitting, and preparation for installation
  • Supporting installation teams as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace
  • Upholding Moralia's standards for precision, finish quality, and material care
Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of professional cabinetmaking or millwork experience
  • Solid understanding of millwork construction methods
  • Experience working with solid wood, veneers, glass, and refined finished surfaces
  • Careful handling of finished components to ensure a flawless final presentation
  • Ability to work accurately, consistently, and with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

Assets (not required, but valued):

  • Familiarity with industrial CNC machinery, edge banders, and panel saws
  • Experience supporting or performing millwork installation
  • Exposure to solid wood furniture production and fine joinery
  • Experience in high-end, design-driven millwork environments - where precision, material care, and detail are non-negotiable
Who This Role Is (and Isn't) For

This role is for someone who:

  • wants to refine and expand their craft in a serious, well-run shop
  • values structure, standards, and accountability
  • takes ownership of the quality of their work

This role is not for someone seeking:

  • production-line cabinetmaking
  • rushed output over quality
  • a loosely managed or casual environment
Why Work at Moralia
  • Modern facility with advanced machinery and automation
  • Exposure to exceptional design and premium projects
  • Clear standards, thoughtful workflows, and a professional culture
  • Opportunity to grow into senior responsibility over time

Excellence. Discipline. Pride in the craft.

If you believe craftsmanship reflects character - and you want to contribute to a refined, excellence-driven brand - we would like to meet you.
