We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to manage projects in the field and uphold our high standards of quality.
Position Summary
The Lead Carpenter is responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, performing skilled carpentry work, and leading field crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest level of craftsmanship. This individual serves as the on-site point of contact for subcontractors, team members, and clients.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage job site operations from start to finish
  • Supervise carpenters and laborers to maintain efficiency and quality standards
  • Perform high-level finish carpentry, framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom millwork
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate daily activities with project management
  • Schedule and oversee subcontractors to maintain workflow

Qualifications
