  • Manage long-lead items and specialty procurement to prevent delays
  • Perform regular quality inspections on the shop floor and ensure all work meets specifications and industry standards
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics, including hands-on support during loading when needed
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Required:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in custom millwork, architectural woodworking, or fabrication
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction/project management software
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to perform occasional site visits

Preferred:

  • Direct experience in custom millwork, casework, or architectural woodwork
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of building codes and industry best practices

Personal Traits: You are a dependable, detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. You take ownership of your projects, build positive relationships, and are committed to DNB's culture of integrity, craftsmanship, and passionate teamwork.
