You will serve as the strategic driving force behind our most complex builds, leveraging more than a 40-year legacy of excellence in the Las Vegas market. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct project lifecycles from requirements definition through deployment, including schedule development and risk mitigation.
  • Command the financial health of projects by overseeing owner billing, subcontractor payments, and comprehensive change management.
  • Synthesize project data to deliver accurate forecasts and progress updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and design consultants, serving as the daily point of contact for project status.
  • Resolve design deficiencies and schedule concerns proactively to keep multi-million dollar projects on track.
  • Mentor project team members by providing clear purpose and direction to ensure maximum performance and safety.
  • Negotiate change order requests and material purchases to ensure cost-effective operations and project profitability.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of dedicated project management experience within the construction industry.
  • Proven background managing large-scale multi-family and commercial builds.
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction accounting and financial project controls.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, P6, and Auto Desk.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional presentation.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of construction industry experience.
  • Active OSHA 30 certification.
  • Previous experience managing federal or industrial construction contracts.
