Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager leads complex cross-functional projects and continuously elevates DCA's execution performance. This role strengthens speed, efficiency, and transparency while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Beyond traditional project management, this position drives digitalization and AI-enabled practices, challenges legacy processes, and ensures tight integration with Program and Product Management to translate strategy into disciplined execution.
The role plays a key part in increasing organizational agility and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex corporate and customer projects from initiation through SOP with ownership of technical, commercial, and timeline performance
• Translate product strategy and program priorities into executable project plans
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and customers
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure structured, high-quality transition into series operations
• Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making
• Simplify workflows and eliminate non-value-added activities to increase speed and transparency
• Challenge and optimize legacy processes while safeguarding quality standards
• Strengthen portfolio prioritization and transparency to improve execution focus
• Continuously evolve DCA's project management toolbox and execution framework

Preferred Requirements
• Experience with AI-supported project tools and advanced PM software
• PMP certification
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial product environments
• German and English language skills
