Job description

Prestige Engineering is seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter with military experience to join our recruiting team. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting while taking a lead role in developing our military and veteran candidate pipeline. The Recruiter will also work closely with the Sales Manager by proactively sourcing and developing qualified candidates to support new and existing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
  • Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, skilled trades, and professional positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, military resources, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews and present qualified candidates.
  • Maintain candidate relationships and an active talent pipeline.
  • Utilize LOXO ATS/CRM to track candidates, activities, and recruiting pipelines.
  • Meet established goals for sourcing, submissions, interviews, and placements.

Military & Veteran Recruiting

  • Build and maintain a dedicated military and veteran talent pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with transitioning service members, veterans, military organizations, career centers, veteran employment programs, and workforce organizations.
  • Participate in military and veteran career fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop a network of military contacts and potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Identify transferable military skills and match candidates with civilian technical, manufacturing, engineering, and skilled-trade opportunities.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with military candidates, even when an immediate opportunity is not available.

Sales Recruiting Support

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to understand the types of candidates and skill sets needed to support prospective and existing client opportunities.
  • Proactively source candidates for anticipated and potential client needs.
  • Develop candidate pipelines that can support new business opportunities.
  • Provide the Sales Manager with qualified candidate profiles and recruiting updates.
  • Quickly respond to recruiting needs generated by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines so qualified talent can be identified quickly when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or staffing.
  • Previous U.S. military service strongly preferred.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound recruiting and cold calling.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience with an ATS/CRM; LOXO experience is a plus.
  • Existing relationships within the military/veteran community are highly desirable.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is driven, proactive, organized, and comfortable building relationships from the ground up. The ideal candidate understands military culture, knows how to connect with veterans and transitioning service members, and has the recruiting skills necessary to turn those relationships into a strong candidate pipeline.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who wants to play a key role in building Prestige Engineering's military recruiting program while directly contributing to the company's growth.
