Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Seattle
Pay: $25.00 - $70.00 DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including paperwork and orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRIS systems
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
  • Assist with compliance efforts and help ensure HR practices meet legal requirements
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training schedules, and performance review cycles
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of basic HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
